I'm actually writing part one and part two to this short mini series in one night. Yay for productivity! My mind is flowing and I have so many things I want to say, so I'm just going to stop being scared for a second and just get this shit out there! Can you tell I'm excited?

Let's skip the long intro and just jump right into the topic of this discussion,

The most complex thing in the world. I still feel that no matter how hard I try to make sense of it, I still don't know what it is. I guess it's because it's that type of thing that can't be explained through words, but through actions. Who knows.

Here's a quick little psychology lesson. There are three types of emotions. Basic emotions are the ones that are biologically predetermined, such as anger, happiness, sadness, and fear. Mixed emotions are different emotions experienced at the same time, such as feeling bittersweet. And lastly, there's complex emotions, which is produced by combinations of basic emotions, such as love. Got it? Good. That information will serve as the foundation of this discussion.

If you remember in part one of this series, I mentioned how love is the only thing we should attach to because unlike everything else, it's permanent. It's different from all the other emotions we experience because we don't just feel it, we live in it, we walk in it. It's a life long continuation. I don't believe that life, what we're all experiencing right now, is the beginning or the end for us. I believe in a before life and an afterlife. Before life we were love, during life we are love, and afterlife we will still be love. Love is essentially who we are and what connects us to each other. It's really all we have. It's the truth and it transcends everything that is natural. Love is a supernatural power.

Love can be a miracle that can save so many of us, but it can also be a tragedy that can kill so many of us. I'm pretty sure we've all read Romeo and Juliet. The true extent of it's power is beyond my knowledge. I see love as something that is permanent. When it comes to people, the human body is only a temporary thing, therefore, people are temporary. Temporary things have walls and barriers and boundaries. They all eventually die or forsake you in some other way. However, love knows no barriers. It knows no box. It's not something that can be structured or meant to be understood in it's entirety. Its ambiguity and vagueness is what gives it its power. What humans can understand, they can control and exploit. What humans can understand. they can, no, they will try and label it and place it in a box. Love is the purest thing there is to exist. Without it, we wouldn't exist.

I don't know how to describe love, but this is my attempt at seeing it for what it is and trying to make sense of it all. We are love. You can't find love in something that is from this Earth, because like I said, everything of this world is limited, and love is infinite. We don't love humans, we love their souls. Just like love, our souls were apart of a before life and will be part of an afterlife. It's just enclosed inside a temple we call our bodies right now. The more you tap into your soul, the more you tap into love. I hope this doesn't sound too wanky.

Two parts down, only one more to go, beauty....

Part 1

Until next time,
